How do we need to organize ourselves for this class in order to be successful?
COMPUTERS: First you must have a folder on your desk top for my class.
Blog (link: drop box and google drive folder), table of contents for sketchbook (you must stay keep your sketchbook in order), everything we do in class will be posted on the blog so read it daily!!!
Google Drive: Our Class Folder (class content by unit)
You will need to create a folder on your drive and share it with me ([email protected]) give me editing power (#A115). You also need the documenter in your group to set up a folder and share it with each member of the group as well as me(with editing power). We will use the pre-assessment as the folder share test run.
Pre-Assessment: You will need to open up your reflection, which should be saved as M2_1_LastName_FirstName in you desktop art folder. I want you to then get a picture of your final Pre-Assessment image (M1) and past it in to that document (see demo). It should be the first thing I see when I open the document, except for you name. You will then need to have this document dropped into the folder you shared with me by 9AM on Friday 9/18. If it is dropped in after 9AM it will be at a loss of 10 points. I will score and give you feedback on this document that you will be able to see. Once I have scored everybody's work you will print out your pre-assessment (m1/m2) and glue it into pages 2/3 of your sketchbook.
