- Complete your Daily Required Schoology Warm UP!!!!
- Make sure you have taken a screen shot of your slide for Artist Research and uploaded that to schoology assignmennt
- You will need your watercolors by next class (markers if you can't get watercolors)
- If you have a grade of below 100% for any of your Weekly Warm UP Grades from last quarter go to the "Plan to Succeed" folder in Schoology (Materials>Q3>Plan to Succeed) and complete the Warm UP quiz to get points added back to your weekly Warm UP grade from last Marking Period (Q2). This is due by 11:59 Wednesday (2/10).
Pen and Ink Value
Supplies: Sketchbook and Pen and/or Ultra Fine Sharpie and/or Micron
Task#1:

- Using a clean piece of paper render the 4 spheres using the techniques demonstrated in the video (Hatching/Cross Hatching/Scumbling(organic)/Stippling)
- Sign and date lower corner (take photo)
- Upload the picture of your spheres
- Reflect on how you feel about the 4 different pen and ink value techniques.
- Screen Shot "Pen and Ink Spheres" Slide and upload to schoology assignment submission
- Due 11:59 Monday 2/8

- You must also add to your paper a small zoomed in study of your wrapped object done in either hatching or crosshatching.
- Do not draw the whole wrapped object, but rather zoom in on a part that shows the material and thread, that has interesting values and contours.
- Sign and date the lower corner and take a picture
- This assignment must be finished before next class. We will not be uploading yet.
