Task#1: Intro
Task#2: Find Images
You will need to find several high resolution images to incorporate with your wrapped object. Think about the work of jeanne claude and christo. As well as ways you can show underlining meaning in your work.
Task#3: Isolate Image
We will learn 3 different techniques for isolating your image in photoshop.
- lasso tool
- eraser
- magic wand
- quick select
Task#4: Layers
You will need to create layers in the foreground, middle ground and background of your work in order to receive full credit on this portion of the project. Your layers must overlap creating depth in the work.
Task#5: Process Slide
You will need to make a process slide the photoshop project
- image of original work (you may go back to any of your media studies) (small image)
- isolated image
- original googled image
- photoshop screen shot with layers showing (make this the largest image on the slide)
- Reflection-Why did you select the image? How does it relate to your wrapped form? Discuss process.
