I will be coming around to check Warm-Up drawings (white object view 1, view 2, and goolge doc still life) as well as homework from this week (album cover) and Art History Notes from last class.
Task#1: Review Notes
Review your art history notes from last class. If you don't have your notes you can review the Pre-Historic and Egyptian sections from the powerpoint:

Task#2: Pre-Test
All cell phones, computers, notes and sketchbooks must be put away. Based on what we learned last class answer the 25 pre-test questions
Task#3: Review
We will go over the answer and view your responses so that you know what content you need to focus on as you study for your Marking Period 1 exam. Your exam will have the exact same questions (question order and answers will be re-arranged).
Task#4: Get out Project
Find your project and your flower image at your table

Go to the link above for line design examples as you continue to add line design, as well as adapt and modify the line designs you have already created in order to show the most creative work.
Task#6: Sharpie Out Line
Guided Practice:
I will demonstrate how to use the sharpie to create good line quality as your outline your designs. We will discuss craftsmanship and what it means to be neat and clean vs rushed and messy.
Independent Practice:
You will begin using sharpie to outline design paying close attention to line quality and craftsmanship.
DO NOT COLOR IN LARGE AREAS WITH SHARPIE!!! We will discuss options for these areas next week.
