- get a block
- get either yarn (more texture but soaks up the ink really well) or rubber bands (cleaner and neater but can slide around and not hold as much ink)

- create a design on your block by wrapping them in either rubber bands or yarn
- think about lines and spacing
- decide if you want all your string to go just one direction or intersect
- do a test print block of alternating pattern on the paper provided
- Make sure you have uploaded and documented all your previous mono prints and frottage experiments.
- Use the template provided and cut your un-used experiments into square sections
- Print your design on your square cutouts.
