WarmUP: Get out yor project
Task#1: Get 6 post it notes
Stick the post-it notes to the table by your work. Write your first name (small) at the top of the post-it notes. Do not write your name large and under line your name.
Task#2: Post-it Critique
You have to give 6 comments (post-it notes). You may not comment on any one person's work more than once. Use the post-it notes at the artwork to leave your comments, do not move the post-it notes.
Task#3: Critique Comments
Give a comment on the artwork using the post-it notes left by the artist. Write your comment on the front and back of the post-it. Don't forget to write your name after the comment to get your points.
Comments:
Process, strengths/weaknesses, composition, works in series, unifying composition, color, space, texture, layers, pattern, unity/variety...
Task#5: Document
Make a new slide. Add a picture of your final work then add pictures of the comments your received. Hint take a picture using the Sqaure function on your camera. It will make uploading to your slide easier. This slide is due Friday.
Task#6: Process Slide
Make sure your final print is documented on your process slide.
- Set up your printmaking project in your space.
- Make sure everything else is cleared out of the way.
- press down paper so it lays flat and doesn't roll
